Elast-M1692 Barbed Elastic

Extremely useful for fixing items into place, the Elast-M1692 has a 20mm elastic finished with a metal barb at each end.

The barb gets poked through a hole (i.e. in an insert) and creates a T-bar on the back.  Once the second barb is fixed, your item will be held securely in place.
